Not only is our membership growing, but so is the reach of St. Simon Peter through the programs that are offered in our parish and in the community. We offer adult and youth Christian education programs and organize several opportunities for our friends from other churches and denominations to celebrate with us.
Whether during Vacation Bible School, Feast of St. Francis, Blessing of the Animals, or Lessons and Carols at Christmas, we welcome participation from anyone. Many of our parishioners also volunteer their time to the many social and community-building programs throughout Pell City and St. Clair County like the county animal shelter, hospital auxiliary, food banks, hospice, Rotary and Kiwanis.
Our parish family is dedicated to taking care of one another and certainly anyone else seeking our help. We are also proud of our many church organizational groups like the Episcopal Church Women(ECW), our Men’s Group, the Episcopal Youth Community (EYC), and The Order of the Daughters of The King.
As our membership grows, we expect our programs to grow with us.
